Khirshapat Mango is the hybrid mango. It becomes available between 2nd week of June to end of June, with its unmistakable golden hue, complete absence of fiber and unparalleled sweetness with pleasant aroma. It has a sweet aroma and is musky sweet in taste. The inside is yellow to orange in color and does not have any fibrate fruit is medium sized and weighs between 250 to 350 grams out of which the pulp content is around 77%. It has a good keeping quality. Khirshapat ripens in June and it is available in the market from the second week of June to the end of June
